Payment & Cancellation

A USD $500 deposit is required at the time of booking. Bookings may be made on-line by clicking on the “Book Now” button on trip pages. Final balance is due 90 days prior to the departure date and will be charged to your credit card unless other arrangements are made.

Guests may cancel their booking up to 90 days before the date of departure and receive a full refund less a $150 fee. You may transfer your deposit in full to a future trip, with no fee. In case of a cancellation between 89 and 60 days prior to the departure date, guests will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the entire trip price. All cancellations made 59 or fewer days prior to the trip and later will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the entire trip price. All cancellations must be made by writing or email and acknowledged by Choose Life Sober Adventures.
